Dentures

Dentures, or Complete Dentures as opposed to a Partial Denture or Bridge, is an appliance designed to replace all the teeth of a patient after extraction of all natural teeth. The main structure of a denture is typically made of acrylic in the color of natural gums and the attached teeth are made of porcelain, plastic or a combination of the two.

Quality dentures will fit perfectly and keep the jaws well aligned, minimizing pain and discomfort associated with lower quality dentures.

For an even better fit and mechanical stability, we offer dentures attached to dental implants. This involves surgically installing implants in the jaw bone, with attachments points designed to hold the dentures in place. While clearly a more involved procedure, this does offer added long term comfort and peace of mind to our patients.
